Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Our Commitment

Flirtways B.V. ("Flirtways", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of AsiaFlirt, is committed to operating AsiaFlirt with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of:

  • Modern slavery
  • Human trafficking
  • Forced or compulsory labour
  • Debt bondage
  • Child exploitation
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Coercion
  • Any other form of non-consensual human exploitation

We are committed to preventing AsiaFlirt from being used to facilitate such activities and expect the same commitment from users, employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners involved with the operation of AsiaFlirt.

2. Scope

This policy applies specifically to:

  • The operation of AsiaFlirt by Flirtways B.V.
  • Employees and management acting in connection with AsiaFlirt
  • Contractors and consultants working on AsiaFlirt
  • Business partners and suppliers providing services to AsiaFlirt
  • Users of the AsiaFlirt platform, where applicable

This policy is specific to AsiaFlirt and does not automatically apply to other websites, platforms, products, or services owned or operated by Flirtways B.V.

Other services may operate under separate terms, policies, and acceptable-use rules appropriate to their purpose and business model.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy

The use of AsiaFlirt for activities involving any of the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Human trafficking
  • Modern slavery
  • Forced or compulsory labour
  • Debt bondage
  • Child exploitation
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Coercion, threats, or intimidation
  • Exploitation of vulnerable individuals
  • Recruitment for unlawful activities
  • Any unlawful activity involving human exploitation

Any account reasonably believed to be involved in such activities may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Where appropriate or legally required, Flirtways B.V. may cooperate with competent authorities and provide relevant information in accordance with applicable law.

4. Use of AsiaFlirt

AsiaFlirt is an online dating and social communication platform intended to help consenting adults meet, communicate, and build genuine personal, social, or romantic connections.

AsiaFlirt is not intended to operate as a marketplace or advertising platform for:

  • Prostitution
  • Escort services
  • Trafficking or exploitation
  • Forced sexual services
  • Recruitment for unlawful activities

Users may not use AsiaFlirt to advertise, offer, solicit, arrange, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, trafficking, exploitation, or sexual services in exchange for payment or other consideration where such activity violates our Terms, this policy, or applicable law.

These restrictions relate specifically to the intended use of the AsiaFlirt platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, lawful adult-oriented content, creator activities, or other lawful services involving consenting adults are not, solely by their adult nature, considered slavery, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation under this policy.

Flirtways B.V. distinguishes between lawful, consensual activities involving adults and conduct involving coercion, trafficking, abuse, or exploitation.

5. Financial Requests and Personal Arrangements

AsiaFlirt does not act as an intermediary for financial arrangements between members and does not process, arrange, commission, or receive a share of private payments, gifts, or financial support exchanged between members.

Members may independently choose to give or request gifts, financial assistance, travel support, or other forms of personal support, provided that such arrangements are voluntary, lawful, and based on the free consent of the persons involved.

The mere request for or provision of financial assistance between consenting adult members does not, by itself, constitute exploitation or a violation of this policy.

However, AsiaFlirt must not be used to advertise, offer, solicit, arrange, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, trafficking, or sexual services in exchange for payment or other consideration.

Users must not threaten, coerce, deceive, manipulate, or exploit another member in connection with money, gifts, financial support, sexual activity, or any other personal arrangement.

AsiaFlirt is not a party to private arrangements between members and does not guarantee or enforce promises concerning:

  • Gifts
  • Financial assistance
  • Travel expenses
  • Accommodation
  • Personal support
  • Loans
  • Reimbursements
  • Other private financial or personal exchanges

Members are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when entering into private arrangements with other users.

6. Consent and Protection of Adults

Any interaction between adults must be voluntary and based on freely given consent.

AsiaFlirt must never be used to:

  • Pressure or coerce another person into sexual or commercial activity
  • Control another person's activities through threats, intimidation, or abuse
  • Exploit a person's vulnerability or dependency
  • Facilitate trafficking or forced sexual activity
  • Involve minors in sexual, romantic, or exploitative activities

Consent obtained through coercion, threats, deception, abuse of power, or exploitation of vulnerability is not considered valid consent for the purposes of this policy.

A consensual personal relationship between adults does not become exploitation solely because one person voluntarily provides gifts, financial assistance, travel support, or other forms of personal support to another person.

7. User Safety and Enforcement

Protecting our users and the integrity of the platform is an important priority.

We may use measures including:

  • User reporting tools
  • Content moderation
  • Review of reported accounts or activity
  • Account restrictions
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Cooperation with competent authorities where appropriate or legally required

Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Where reports concern private financial requests or arrangements between members, AsiaFlirt may review the circumstances to determine whether there are indications of fraud, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or other prohibited conduct.

The existence of a financial request alone does not automatically constitute a violation of this policy.

8. Protection of Minors

AsiaFlirt is intended exclusively for adults.

The exploitation, sexualisation, grooming, recruitment, or involvement of minors in any sexual, romantic, commercial, or exploitative activity is strictly prohibited.

Any credible indication that a minor is involved in prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate or legally required, notification to competent authorities.

9. Business Partners

We expect contractors, suppliers, payment providers, service providers, and other business partners involved in the operation of AsiaFlirt to maintain standards consistent with this policy.

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate a business relationship if we become aware of practices involving:

  • Human trafficking
  • Forced labour
  • Modern slavery
  • Child exploitation
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Other serious forms of human exploitation

10. Reporting Concerns

Anyone who believes that AsiaFlirt is being used in violation of this policy is encouraged to report the matter.

Reports may be submitted through our reporting or support channels or by contacting us directly.

All reports will be reviewed in good faith and handled appropriately based on the information available.

Where there is a credible concern involving trafficking, exploitation, abuse, coercion, fraud, or the safety of an individual, we may take immediate protective action.

11. Compliance

Flirtways B.V. will operate AsiaFlirt in accordance with applicable laws concerning:

  • Human trafficking
  • Modern slavery
  • Forced labour
  • Child exploitation
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Related human-rights protections

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict lawful activities between consenting adults merely because those activities, communications, relationships, or services may be adult-oriented in nature.

Likewise, nothing in this policy should be interpreted as making AsiaFlirt responsible for lawful private arrangements entered into independently between adult members.

12. Policy Review

This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes to AsiaFlirt, applicable legal requirements, regulatory expectations, payment-provider requirements, and our operational practices.

The latest version applicable to AsiaFlirt will be published on the AsiaFlirt website.
